Before you get in touch
A few useful answers.
If your question is not covered here, send it with the form. We are happy to point you in the right direction.
Do I need to know what service to request?
No. Tell us what you are seeing - dead branches, poor clearance, leaning, storm damage or a tree you may want removed. We can recommend the right next step after reviewing the site.
Can you help with permits and arborist reports?
Yes. Sam prepares Certified Arborist reports for tree removal permit applications and can explain what may be required after assessing the tree and property.
What photos should I send?
A photo showing the full tree, a closer view of the area that concerns you, and a photo of access from the street or laneway are the most useful. Include nearby roofs, fences and utility lines when relevant.
Is cleanup included in the quote?
Yes. Brush removal and a thorough final cleanup are part of our work unless your quote clearly says otherwise. We want the property left tidy and usable.
Do you take residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We work on residential properties, strata grounds and commercial sites throughout Greater Vancouver.
